We deliver products Australia wide using Star Track and Australia Post. ETA for delivery are dependant on what service is selected which is outlined below. All orders are subject to a 24-48 hour handling time.

FREE SHIPPING

FREE shipping applies to Australian residents in the metropolitan areas ONLY! Outer metropolitan, smaller cities, far north QLD & rural attracts an addition charge.

Air express 1-2 days

Road Express 3-4 days

Australia Post

Standard Postage 5-7 days

Express Postage 1-2 days (conditions applies. Please check Auspost website)

We always recommend that you put your business address as your delivery address to ensure successful delivery. Alternatively you can select ATL (Authority to Leave) in the checkout and your package will be left as instructed by you or in a safe place.

International shipping

International shipping is shipped via DHL or Auspost. Time will depend on the service selected and cost is calculated at checkout

Bulky Item/s

With bulky item/s we will determine which is the most economical way to send the item/s and will notify the customer of the selected service.

Postage Insurance

Postage insurance are extra charge which is payable before orders are shipped. All orders are shipped with carrier’s standard insurance cover, if you would like to have extra cover put on your order please notify us by email or phone.

BACK ORDERS

All backorders are 4-12 weeks, on some occasions it may take longer depending on the item/s. A cancellation fee of 25% applies.

Authority to leave terms & conditions

By agreeing to give ‘Authority to Leave’, we will instruct the courier company to leave your parcel at your premises in accordance with your instructions. Please note that the driver does not require a signature often he/she will not try to obtain one so parcels may be delivered without knocking/ringing.

You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.

ShopGreddy.com.au, and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility or liabilities for any loss or damages which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release ‘ShopGreddy.com.au’ from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

If you do not give ‘ShopGreddy.com.au’ Authority to Leave, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur. If no one is on the premises to accept delivery there will be a redelivery charge of $16.50 payable.
